I ordered a KH seat from unicycle.com by UPS and I have tried to locate it with the order number but keeps on saying that the number is invalid. I go to the www.ups.com and I go to the place that says "tracking", I type in my number 11900 and it never works, When I ordered my shoes from Skateamerica.com the same thing would happen all the time. Am I doing something wrong? If so please tell me. Thx.

You have to wait until the item actually ships and is scanned by UPS. The tracking number is given to you before the package has ever been packed or scanned so until it gets picked up and scanned by UPS there is no tracking info for it. Assume that it's still at the warehouse.
If it's been several days since you placed your order then maybe you're entering the wrong number as the tracking number.

I ordered the seat six days ago and am having it delivered to Washington state. If i am not mistaken it sould take approximately ten days to me delivered. When I placed my order the webpage said "Order Number 11900 - Jun 21 2003 6/21/2003 9:27:00 AM" When I enter my number..... nevermind, I just tried "Tracking by Reference Number" and it worked. But I had to put all this information like the postal code and stuff to figure it out, only then did it show the actual tracking number. Isn't it supposed to say when you order? Or is it always hard to figure out the number? Jeepers, I guess something you said helped me. Thx.

You "tracking" number should NOT be 11900!!!
It should start with a "Z" or a "1Z" and then be followed by about 10 digits of numbers and letters!
Thats why your number is invalid.
So... look for a number starting with a "Z", or "1Z" and that is your tracking number!
(The reason they dont work on weekends is becaue they have to pay their workers double-time! Their not lazy, just greedy;) !)

11900 is your id number and you can track by that but it's not your tracking number

Yeah, you're all right. I had to go through a lot of trouble getting my tracking number. It did start with 1Z. I had to go to track by reference number and input a lot of information to get it. Is it always that hard to get it? Or did unicycle.com SCREW something up? It took ten days to arrive, right on time, thats a change from when I ordered shoes and it took two months to come. But thatnks anyway!
