Does it need to be from a website, or could it be from my file, and if so, how do I do it?

"Picture Source" wants to be any URL that will return a picture. In most cases, the URL of a picture. It has to be available all the time, so you'll need to upload the picture from your computer with the rest of the website; it won't do it itself just by putting its name in the box.

For example, say your picture is in the same directory as the page you're making, and is called "picture.jpeg", the Picture Source wants to say "picture.jpeg".

Etcetera, et cetera...
