To stick a picture in you want the "IMG" button above.

It comes out a bit like this...
[ IMG ]http://www.somewhere.com/picture.jpg[ /IMG ]

Forum rules are now :
HTML is OFF
VbCode is ON so i push the button IMG twice and insert the URL but it appears like this : http://www.unicyclist.com/gallery/albun91/aab but it does not works... perhaps because forum rules said IMG code is off?

Partly because that is not actually a picture; that's the webpage containing the picture.

Try this... (note the ".gif" at the end)

[ IMG ]http://www.unicyclist.com/gallery/albums/albun91/aab.gif[ /IMG ]

And secondly, yes you were right, this forum doesn't allow posting pictures in it like that. You can attach images (the button at the bottom) but evidently not use IMG tags. They work in most of the rest of the forums though.
