Well, brazing is a technique used in the construction of Unicycle frames, so maybe they've got some new secret-weapons-grade vegetable-fiber Muni technology down there in M-I-S-S-I-S-S-I-P-P-I...
I assume there'll be a Full-Chlorophyll fat-tire 26-incher ("The Green Giant") as well as a Blanched model with an evil studded tire ("Yeti") available. The Full-Chorophyll model is best suited for "green-ops" in heavily forested regions, while the Blanched model is recommended for covert manuevers in northern climes after the first snowfall.
In addtion, the Blanched version offers greater flexibility (some would say "sogginess"), especially in temperatures exceeding the freezing point of water.
Recommended lubricant for both models: Butter.
I don't get it. Why can't this thread live in Rec.Sport.Unicycling right alongside Marmite and Rootbeer and beer and the Easter Bunny's portrait?

Because Jagur wasn't considerate enough to title the thread 'brazed asparagus with marmite'.
I personaly plan to prefece everything with marmite. Yum!

It might be possbile to get Gilby to change the title of the thread to "brazed asparagus with marmite."
I would do it myself, but I'm only a moderator in the RSU forums.

NO,thats quite ok thank you.i did'nt put it there for good reason.i posted over here to get away from the Marmite Varmites.
Here's what i think is a good qustion.why would you change the title of my thread to suite your liking?
sendhair

Well, I didn't even consider it before, but now that you've asked...
Steamed / Blanched / or Parched asparagus would be a bit less carcinogenic than Braised.
Asparagus wrapped in strips of bacon would be tasty, but neither Kosher nor Halal.
Asparagus Drenched in Cheez Whiz would be just too declasse for this forum.
"Asparagus, asparagus, asparagus, asparagus, asparagus, eggs, and asparagus" is just too derivative, besides being extremely cumbersome.
I can't think of any good reason to change the title of this thread.

Sendhair,
i was refering to the "if i was only Dictator" twinge of accords last post.
if peoples thread titles start getting changed,it would be total choas.
P.S. Sendhair, how come you have your private message feature dis-abled?

Just couldn't think of any good reason to enable it
Why do you have it enabled? ( I'm not being a smart-ass )
Signing-off 'til tomorrow... over aaaaaand...

Shouldn't you start a new thread so we can have a "Just Converstaion" about this? Obviously the change would have to be submitted to the Peep commitee for approval.

Plus my statement was made hypothetically speaking, which I didn't bother to clarify, figuring a man of your intelligence could see through my post.

Are you trying to set a precedent?
We should form up comitties and devide up management of the the Just Conversation. I move that we each adopt the title of Dictator- then we can nomminate a Puppet.

Speaking of precedent, it would seem that according to tradition, the role of Supreme Dictator and Advisor to Gilby on the Operation of This Here Forum for Life should be selected from the ranks of the Unregistered Members Posting via Their Employers' Email.
I graciously decline the title of High Peep Commander. Checkernuts, it's all yours!
Here's a partial list of puppetmasters and puppets to choose from/add to:
Sheri Lewis : Lambchops
Buffalo Bob : Howdy Doody
Captain Kangaroo : Mister Bunny Rabbit (although some might argue that it was actually):
Mister Bunny Rabbit : Captain Kangaroo
Dick Cheney : George
Fran : Kukla and Ollie
MisterRogers : Henrietta Pussycat, King Friday, Daniel Striped Tiger, Lady Elaine Fairchild, Cornflake S. Pecially, and of course, The Trolley.
Edgar Bergen : Charlie McCarthy
Waylon Flowers : Madame
Senor Wences : Johnny
Jim Henson : the Muppet of Your Choice
Got any more?...

Hmmm...
"Cool" is cool.
I don't know if I could keep up with "faster than email". That "speeding bulletin" stuff is best left to the Kryptonite-challenged.
I don't change my avatar quite as often as you nor my signature as often as Christopher, so I'm not convinced that I need instanter access to user edit options...
Sorry, man! Did you want to send me a private message?

Fellow Dictators: I object to the jack-booted methods used by some of my Esteamed Colleagues to subjegate the Puppet Propping Process. As you well know, Checkernutz has failed to submit- as required- to this instatution evidence of his qualifications in the catagory of Two Piece Swimwear. Until such time as Mr. Nutz sees fit to comply, I will be forced to with hold my support; as you know, as Senior Leftist Puppetmaster, this will leave two of his limbs completely useless.

What the self-appointed Sir SLP seems to forget, is, that the PuppetMaster is the one who, at any given moment, has possession of The Thread! Or G-String!
BWA! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
So! As you slumber, and dream your Unicycling Dreams of Control and Domination, We Who Are Awake gleefully usurp your illusory and feeble grasp of power!
(yawn)
But, ... wait a minute, when We go to sleep, who's going to hold Sir SLP at bay...! Hmmm... What to do? What to do?....
OK! Hows about we try a little Global Axis of No, no! We don't want to say THAT!... uh, ... I mean a little New World Cooperative Order, and do a sort of time-sharing deal... you know, according to time-zones? Whaddya say?
Or is that what you meant by "Fellow Dictators" ?
