"To trigger/fool/saturate/overload Echelon, the following has been picked automagically from a database:"
"mi5, FAS, AOL"

What do you mean by Echelon in this context? I was just wondering because in linear algebra yesterday I learned about row echelon form. (yeah, i'm one of those weird math freaks)

I believe that Echelon is one of those electronic monitoring programmes. Heres a site I haven't checked yet:

http://www.echelonwatch.org/

Also, note that Klaas posts via regular usenet, not this unicyclist.com, so he isn't gonna see your posts here...

Well Klaas explains it himself athttp://www.xs4all.nl/~klaasbil/echelon.htm.
XS4all is a provider who refuses the fed's any access as possible, because privacy is a right in a free country!

As an aspiring cryptologist, I am ashamed not to have known that.
