What is the difference between a 20" unicycle and 24" unicycle? I know the 20" and 24" has to do with the tire but is the difference between the two?

The main difference is that the 24" has three pedals, whereas the smaller 20" only has room for two.

[Well, actually it's just a matter of size.]

A standard 20" is good for freestyle tricks on a flat indoor surface and for clown like entertainment on stages (cos its small wheel is good for confined spaces).

A bigger tyred 20" is used for trails i.e. outdoor ostacley stuff.

A standard 24" can also be used for freestyle, especially if you're tall/long legged.

A big tyred muni 24" is superb for off roading and much better than a 20" for getting around on cos its faster and rolls easily over obstacles.

I mainly like riding (streets and mild muni) and after two years of my 24" muni the 20"-er feels like a toy in comparison.

I'm not sure what exactly you're asking. The numbers refer to the
outside diameter of the wheel including tyre. Of course those are
        rounded (aka nominal) numbers.

(So the difference between the two is that one has a wheel that is
about 4" larger in diameter than the other.)
